Coffee is the most favored beverage. Coffee has delicacy taste made a lot of people have the habit of drinking coffee every day. A cup of coffee is considered to pep for the body to undergo the activity, so desirability to drink coffee in the morning is a primary need for someone. First coffee was discovered in Africa and then spread to the Arab, Europe, America until whole in the world. Coffee name is taken from the Arabic "qohwah" which means spirit. The coffee comes from coffee beans processed until it can be enjoyed. The country's most well-known as the largest coffee producer is Brazil.

Basically, a cup of coffee is a beverage at a low price. Coffee processing variations that were encountered in the market today makes coffee has a higher sale value. One of the famous coffee shop is Starbucks. Starbucks corporation is a coffee company and a global network of shops from the United States. The company has its headquarters in Seattle, Washington and has many branches in different countries. Coffee company's success is hard work of Gordon Bowker, Jerry Baldwin, and Zev Siegl. Starbucks coffee shop sells a variety of menu variation Coffee. One cup of coffee at Starbucks on average sold at a price of USD 1.5.

Brazil is famous as the biggest coffee producer in the world because of the many coffee plants are cultivated their. Indonesia is a country which has different types of coffee such as Brazil. Coffee from Indonesia certainly has its own special characteristics compared to Brazil or other coffee-producing countries. Indonesia known as the best producing Arabica coffee in the world. Indonesia also has its own unique way of processing and serving coffee. Two types of coffee menu of the most unique and somewhat amused is Luwak Coffee and Jos Coffee.

Kopi Luwak, kopi means coffee while luwak (civet) is the name of an animal eater coffee beans. As the name implies, civet coffee need civet assistance to its process. Coffee beans are eaten by civet will produce civet's droppings which has numerous rest of the coffee beans. Coffee beans are left in the civet's droppings then washed clean. Coffee beans that have been completed are washed then roasted and crushed to produce coffee beans which is ready to be used to make a cup of Luwak coffee. Although the process is little ridiculous, but Luwak coffee has a taste very delicious. Many people love Luwak coffee though the price for a cup is fairly expensive. Cup of civet coffee at the coffee shop can be reached USD 3 for the cheapest and up to USD 160 for the most expensive. What makes the price is different due to the type of coffee bean.

Joss coffee is unique and simple coffee menu from Yogyakarta. If you want to enjoy a coffee in a cold state, someone will add ice in their cup. However, what will be done if they want always to drink coffee in warm? Yogyakarta society has a unique way to done them by adding charcoal (embers) in their cup. How to make Joss coffee as the same as how to make regular coffee. The difference at the end of the process, that is put charcoal (embers) in their coffee cup that had been made before. Joss coffee has this name because when charcoal is inserted in a cup of coffee, you'll hear "Joss". The price of a cup of coffee Joss quite cheap at around USD 0.3 to USD 0.5. Joss coffee usually only sold in lesehan/angkringan (?)

Although two types of this menu coffee from Indonesia seem a bit odd, but fans of both quite a lot. This is possible because the two types of coffee flavor is very unique and delicious.
