Ora beach is a beach located on the island of Seram, Maluku, Indonesia. The beach is a rival for the beach which has the beauty world level such as the Maldives. Located in a country that has the largest coral reefs, Ora beach also took on the role as there is a coral reef there. Coral reef at the beach Ora beach can be enjoyed in the depth 2 to 3 meters. The marine life in the Ora beach makes this beach is suitable for snorkeling and diving.
Tourism activity in this area has been started since 1990 but was stopped in 1999 due to unrest in the Moluccas. Ora beach tourism is increasingly recognized as beautiful as many of the media which expose the existence of this beach. Developments in information technology and facilities making Ora beach is back crowded by tourists. As an object tourism, Ora beach of course equipped with resort facilities. Resort which is unique here and available variety choices, those are the types of housing land, the type of houses on stilts, and the type of float home. The price offered is also dependent of housing types. The cost of resort for the type of land is 400,000 each night, for the type of houses on stilts is 450,000 each night, and for a type of floating houses is 750,000 each night. Accommodation expenses not charged to each room but for each person. Price does not include meal costs, the cost of eating in a day is pegged 250,000 for each person (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Location of Ora beach is far enough away from Pattimura airport (main airport in the Moluccas) and urban. There are two ways to reach the beach Ora, namely
The first way,
From Pattimura airport, the trip is done by road to the Tulehu port using a taxi or public transport (should negotiate first before choosing transport to determine a reasonable price and fitting). This trip takes about 1 hour. Next trip is towards the Amahi port, using speed boats of Cantika Grace. Costs to cross from the Tulehu port to the Amani port is IDR 100,000 or USD 10 for economy class and IDR 150,000 or USD 15 for VIP class. The final step to get to the Ora beach is with public transportation to the village of Sawai (travel time approximately 2 hours) and then continued to cross using the boat to Ora beach (estimated travel time approximately 10 minutes).

The second way,
Rent a car from Pattimura Airport straight to the village of Sawai. However, the cost is may be expensive because it takes about 24 hours. The trip to the village of Sawai will pass Seram and Central Maluku district. Tip: negotiate a fair price for transport providers.
Various activities that can be done in Ora beach is surrounded Manusela National Park, through the forest, snorkeling, diving, river crossing Salawi, and see the captive of parrots.
