Depok beach is actually not so attractive as an object tourism. Depok beach is precise located on the westward the Parangtritis beach and becomes famous because its culinary menu, that is sea food mixed with original spices from Java. Thus, depok beach is more known as hawker of seafood. All kind seafood such as snapper, tuna (tongkol, cakalang), pomfret, crabs, shrimp, and squid are sold at a fairly cheap price here. There are many fishing boats used to catch fish and fish auctions as a means for fishermen sell their catch. Thus, visitors not only can enjoy on the beach but also see the fisherman activities. In addition, there are also many stalls selling fresh fish and food stalls which providing a wide range of seafood menu processed. Depok beach became famous in 1997, at the first, there were fishermen from other areas (fishermen from Cilacap) who find a good spot dismissal for boats. This became the beginning for the people around location to make a business. Now, many visitors who want seafood processed from this place everyday. In fact, they have to be lining up to eat this dish.
Access to Depok beach almost the same as the access to Parangtritis beach, follow straight the Parangtrtis Street then turn right before retribution point to Parangtritis beach. Then follow the main road until you reach the entry fees for Depok beach. Entry fees for motorcycle is IDR 500/USD0.05, for car is IDR 5000/USD0.5, and entry fees for each person is IDR 1500/USD0.15.

There are several advice for visitor to make your eat time more enjoyable:
- when you got on location, choose and buy fish directly as you desire in a row of fish stall. Choose the best fish.
- Choose one of fish processing stall and bring your fish in to them then asked to process according to your wishes, fish processing stall usually will give and advice to the type of processing that will be cooked.

Visitors can also be order the dish directly at the fish processing stall without having to buy fish at the fish stall first. Cakalang grilled and crab oyster sauce is the most recommended dish. To avoid long waiting times, make reservations in advance by phone through one of the stalls. If you do not have a contact telephone in one of the stalls, go when the queue is still quiet that is in the morning. But the best time is in the afternoon, while waiting for the dishes prepared, enjoy the sunset on the beach is something worthless. Enjoy your dish, have a good trip!
