Bale Ayu is a name of restaurant which provides kinds of processed carp as their main menu. Carp which is often called as Gurame by local people is bream fish that will be delicious food in their chef hands, its taste is savory. Carp is cooked and combined by various spices will make food taste better. Bali Ayu restaurant has about more than 20 various menu, such as crispy carp (Gurameh krispi), asam-manis carp (Gurameh asam manis, it has blended taste: sweet, savory, little bit spicy), honey baked gurame (the taste almost looks like asam-manis carp, but it is sweeter).
